The owner himself is the chef. “It is our aim to provide homely but high quality cuisine. It has to be authentic. We have a small menu that changes regularly.
For our meals we use produce from the region as well as from our organic farm and herb garden that is kept with loving care. Which specialities we serve depends on the season – this way we can guarantee the best quality.”
